Shaggy Mane. If I were braver, I would have picked these lovely buttons for comsumption. But I've never eaten them before and don't personally know anyone who has, so I just took some photographs.

i live in northern michigan & learned to eat shaggy manes from my mother. we always eat them right away. they don`t dry well like morels. youper
